Terms and Conditions of Automatic WeMSSor Business

1. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of WeMSA Success System, Chenax Majesty IP, Inc., or any other Chenax-affiliated organization. You are officially known as an “Automatic WeMSSor” or simply as a “WeMSSor”.

2. Pay-out is 30% of base price of CDs and 20% of WeMSA LIFE Class fees, paid to 12 active levels thus: Level 1: 5%. Level 2: 8%. Levels 3 through 7: 4% each. Level 8: 7%. Levels 9 and 10: 8% each. Level 11: 16%. Level 12: 28%. Your earned payment amount is your “WeMSSor Fee”.

3. WeMSSor Fees are paid on last day of January, April, July, and October by Chenax Majesty IP, Inc. of New York City, owner of WeMSA Success System. Fee closing date is last day of month before payment date.

4. WeMSSor Fees are paid via PayPal or, if requested by the WeMSSor, via bank wire. For payment by bank wire, the bank wire fee charged by Chenax Majesty’s bank will be deducted from the WeMSSor Fee before payment.

5. WeMSSor Fees are earned by, and payable to, only those who maintain an active status. To maintain an active status, a WeMSSor business owner must personally do the minimum monthly volume of (a) selling 1 CD a month, and (b) attending one WeMSA LIFE Class each week. Inactivity for 3 consecutive months is automatic cause for termination.

6. You will be always ready with US$72.36 in cash to fulfil the WeMSA Success System 120% guarantee refund policy. You will immediately mail to to Chenax Majesty IP, Inc., P.O.Box 1840, Murray Hill Station, New York, NY 10156 the following 3 items: (a) the Guarantee Refund Receipt signed by the customer, (b) the Order Confirmation issued to customer by PayPal, and (c) the returned CD. Upon receipt of the 3 items, Chenax Majesty will immediately send you, via PayPal, a refund of $72.36 plus your mailing cost. Your WeMSSor sales account will be adjusted for only $50 to reflect the cancellation of the CD sale. The adjustment to your sales account will not include the rest of the refund or your mailing cost. Your WeMSSor Fee account will lose only the WeMSSor Fee on the returned CD.

7. Failure to make the guarantee refund within 48 hours of request, will result in Chenax Majesty’s termination of your Automatic WeMSSor business, for cause. Any Chenax Majesty decision not to terminate after a particular delay does not mean that termination will not follow any other delay.

8. Termination: You may terminate your Automatic WeMSSor business by sending a resignation e-mail to ChenaxMajesty@gmail.com. Chenax Majesty may terminate your Automatic WeMSSor business only for cause. Upon termination either through your resignation or by Chenax Majesty, Chenax Majesty will pay all your earned WeMSSor Fees on the next Fee Payment Day.

9. Activation fee shown on Activation Page at the WeMSA Success System website is good only for the time it appears on the webpage. Activation fee at a later time, even on the same day, may be changed by Chenax Majesty without notice. Activation is a lifetime privilege, unless terminated as in item 7, above. Activation fee is not refundable.
