If your customer returns a CD, give him or her the 120% refund as soon as he or she gives you the PayPal Order Confirmation, signs the Guarantee Refund Receipt, and gives you the CD. The total refund will be: $72.36.
Send the Order Confirmation, the signed Guarantee Refund Receipt, and the CD to Chenax Majesty IP, Inc., P. O. Box 1840, Murray Hill Station, New York, NY.
Upon receipt of the 3 items, Chenax Majesty will immediately send you, via PayPal, a refund of $72.36 plus your mailing cost.
Your Automatic WeMSSor account will be adjusted for only $50 to reflect the cancellation of the CD sale. The adjustment to your account will not include the Sales Tax, Shipping and Handling, your mailing cost, and the additional 20%.
